I had a dream for 3 months every night that I was a passenger in a car and we kept going over a bridge in a car...it was very scary :(

I'll take a stab at this -- at that time you were considering a big change in your life, but you didn't feel like you were really in control of the decision making.  Someone else had the "final say" - whether it be your boss, husband, God, etc.
